Keystone Development Solutions LLC, doing business as Keystone Development, believes everyone should be able to access information about our company, services, operating areas, and resources regardless of ability or technology. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible, usable, and continually improving for all visitors.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Keystone makes reasonable efforts to support a broad audience as content, technology, and recognized guidance evolve.

Accessibility standards

Where practical, Keystone uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium as a reference for design and development. These guidelines help organizations improve content that may be used by people with visual, hearing, mobility, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Using recognized guidance as a reference does not mean every page, feature, document, or third-party service will always satisfy every success criterion. Keystone continues to identify and address barriers as the website changes.

Website features and ongoing improvements

Current and continuing accessibility work may include:

• Using semantic page structure, descriptive headings, and meaningful link text
• Supporting visible focus states and keyboard interaction for navigation, forms, accordions, calculators, and operating-area maps
• Providing labels, instructions, validation feedback, and status messages for website forms
• Providing descriptive alternative text for informative images and appropriate treatment for decorative images
• Reviewing color contrast, text sizing, spacing, and readability
• Supporting reduced-motion preferences and avoiding unnecessary motion where practical
• Improving responsive behavior, touch targets, and mobile usability
• Reviewing uploaded-file controls, career applications, trade-partner inquiries, and project forms
• Correcting accessibility issues identified through testing or visitor feedback

Interactive maps and planning tools

The website includes interactive operating-area maps and construction planning calculators. Keystone works to provide keyboard-accessible controls, text-based county lists, labels, instructions, and readable results so important information is not available only through color, pointer movement, or map graphics. If an interactive tool is difficult to use, contact Keystone for assistance or an alternative explanation.

Browser and device compatibility

The website is designed for current versions of commonly used browsers and modern mobile devices. Older browsers, unsupported software, unusual browser settings, or certain assistive-technology combinations may not provide the intended experience. Updating the browser or assistive technology may improve compatibility.

Third-party content and services

Some website functions may rely on independent providers, including maps, form processing, financing applications, payments, scheduling, videos, analytics, social media, review platforms, or future customer tools. Keystone encourages providers to support accessibility but does not control the accessibility of services operated by other organizations. Feedback about a third-party barrier is still welcome so Keystone can evaluate possible alternatives or accommodations.

Some materials may be provided as PDFs, images, spreadsheets, plans, or other document formats. If you have difficulty accessing a document or need information in another format, contact Keystone. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information through a practical alternative.

Requesting assistance

If you experience difficulty using the website, cannot access information, or believe a feature presents an accessibility barrier, please tell us. When possible, include:

• The page, document, form, calculator, or feature you were attempting to use
• A description of the problem and what you were trying to accomplish
• The browser and device you were using
• The assistive technology involved, if applicable and if you are comfortable sharing it
